This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3648 of 2023 dated 16.02.2023 in para 7(a) as follows :- "7.(a) the petitioners, after coming out on bail, shall deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees two lakhs only) each to the credit of Crime No.255 of 2022 before the learned Special Judge, CCB-CBCID, Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that as the 2nd accused was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- by this court while granting anticipatory bail, it has caused huge financial deprival to the petitioners' family and they were put into huge monetary loss and hardship. Hence, the present petition has been filed to modify the condition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering the reasons stated by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
