O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to issue a direction directing the Principal District Munsif Court, Alandur to conclude the R.C.O.P.No.29 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible.

2. On perusal of the adjudication, it is seen that the rent control proceedings are pending for the purpose of marking documents on the side of the respondents from 24.08.2018. It appears that the respondent has not appeared for several hearings, but still the matter is being periodically adjourned.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is issued to Principal District Munsif Court, Alandur to conclude R.C.O.P.No.29 of 2016 pending on his file, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is ordered. No costs. 28.06.2019 bkn
