ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S. NAGAMUTHU,J.,] The petitioner is the wife of one R. Saravanan, S/o Rajamanickam, aged 37 years. The marriage between them was celebrated on 09.09.2015. They were living together as husband and wife. It is now alleged that from 28.11.2016 onwards, Saravanan was found missing . Therefore, she has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the respondent produced Saravanan before this Court. He told us that due to some misunderstanding between himself and the petitioner, he is living separately and he is not willing to resume the matrimonial life.

The said submission is recorded. It is open to the parties to work out their remedy before the competent civil Court. Therefore, we are unable to grant any relief, sought for by the petitioner. Hence the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
