O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Transfer petition with a liberty to file a fresh petition since the HMOP number was wrongly printed and also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

In the light of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
