This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to register First Information Report based on the petitioner's complaint dated 31.01.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that on the complaint of the petitioner dated 31.01.2022, enquiry has been conducted by the respondent and the same has been closed as civil in nature.

3. In view of the above, direction is issued to the respondent to furnish the copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the Petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is at liberty to challenge the closure report by filing appropriate protest petition before the jurisdictional Court.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
