O R D E R

This application is filed to set aside the order dated 30.06.2010. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police.

2. It is seen from the memo submitted by the respondent that the case is pending without conducting investigation for a long time, sought the permission of the learned Judicial Magistrate to close the investigation and the learned Judicial Magistrate without applying his mind mechanically and erroneously, passed the impugned order dated 30.06.2010.

3. Taking note of the facts and circumstances, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation of the case in Crime No.35 of 2009 and submit a final report on or before 30.03.2015. With this observation, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
