When the matter was listed on 05.10.2020, there was no representation for the petitioner, therefore, the matter was directed to be listed on 12.10.2020 and further on 12.10.2020 due to non representation on behalf of petitioner. Though there was no representation on 12.10.2010, again the matter was listed on 14.10.2020, under the caption for dismissal, however there was no representation, hence the matter was again listed under the same caption on 29.10.2020.
