Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to dispose of M.P.No.102 of 2015 in R.C.A.No.641 of 2012 on the file of the learned VIII Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai, within stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the

learned VIII Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai, to dispose of M.P.No.102 of 2015 in R.C.A.No.641 of 2012 pending on its file as expeditiously as possible on merits and in accordance with law. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are the landlords filed R.C.O.P.No.630 of 2009 for eviction on the ground of owners' occupation. After contest, eviction was ordered, against which, the respondent/tenant has preferred R.C.A.No.641 of 2012 and the same was dismissed for default. Thereafter, the respondent/tenant has filed M.P.No.102 of 2015 for setting aside the dismissal order passed in R.C.A.No.641 of 2012, in which, the petitioners/landlords filed a counter and the same is yet to be disposed of. Hence, he prays for an early disposal of that petition.

3.Considering the limited nature of the relief as sought for herein, notice to the respondent is dispensed with. 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and on perusal of the typed set of papers, I am inclined to give a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the

petition as early as possible. Accordingly, the learned VIII Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai, is directed to dispose of M.P.No.102 of 2015 in R.C.A.No.641 of 2012 within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
