O R D E R

This Court, by order dated 21.01.2016 in W.P.No.2065 of 2016, directed the respondent to conduct enquiry in respect of the patta land. Today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, produced a copy of the Enquiry Notice issued by the respondent in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Na.Ka.No.155/2015 dated 25.07.2016, wherein it is stated

that the enquiry with regard to issuance of patta, is scheduled to be held on 02.08.2016. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the said enquiry notice has been served on the petitioner as well the other interested parties.

2.Since notice of enquiry in respect of the issuance of patta has been issued in compliance of the order passed by this Court in the writ petition, recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.
