ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by HULUVADI G. RAMESH,J.) The petitioner herein has filed this contempt stating that the respondents 1 and 2 had not complied with

the order passed by this court in W.P.No.33955 of 2015 dated 27.10.2015.

2. Today, a report has been filed by the second respondent, wherein, in paragraph No.10, it is stated as under:- " 10. I respectfully submit that the petitioner herein has suppressed the material fact in the writ petition filed by him in W.P.No.33955 of 2015 that the tenants have filed a RCOP Petitions in RCOP.No.26 of 2012, 27 of 2012, 28 of 2012, 30 of 2012 and 31 of 2012 on the file of Rent Controller, Ambattur, against the petitioner herein and the vendor of the petitioner's property. Further the said Rent Control Original Petitions are pending before the Rent Controller, Ambattur, and has obtained order dated 27.10.2015."

3. In view of the above, it is unnecessary to pursue the contempt at this stage. Hence, the Contempt Petition is closed.
