This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.284 of 2022 on the file of the 1st respondent police herein and quash the same. 1/3

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation in this case was completed and FIR was closed as "Mistake of Fact". RCS Notice was also served on the defacto complainant/2nd respondent.

3. In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that FIR in Crime No.284 of 2022 was closed as "Mistake of Fact", this Court is of the view that, there is no need to pass any orders in this regard.
