Heard Mr. K.Sathish Kumar, Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, Mr. S.Ravichandran, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the First to Third Respondents and Mr. T.S.Vijayaraghavan, Learned Counsel for the Fourth Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The Writ Petition has been filed to restrain the First to Fourth Respondents from appointing the Fifth Respondent as Hereditary Trustee of Arulmigu Sri Rajarajeshwari @ Puthuariamman Temple, Kavindapadi, Bhavani Taluk, Erode District without any prior notice to the Petitioner. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in view of the order dated 2/4

05.03.2024 in M.P. No. 16 of 2023 passed by the Second Respondent appointing the Fourth Respondent as Hereditary Trustee of the said Temple, he seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the aforesaid order and made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 07.03.2024 Index: Yes/No NCC: Yes/No Note: Issue order copy by 22.04.2024.
