O R D E R

The instant writ petition has been filed to quash the proceeding of the first respondent dated 15.07.2015.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the petitioner was regularized by virtue of G.O.Ms.No.334 dated 19.10.2007. However, he was regularized in a wrong post instead of regularizing him in the post of Work Inspector Grade II. It appears that the petitioner has preferred a writ petition in W.P.No.31690 of 2014, and that based upon the direction in the writ petition, the representation of the petitioner was considered. And thereafter, an order was issued by the respondent on 15.07.2015, rejecting the petitioner's representation with the reason that the petitioner did not have the required qualification. According to the petitioner, the required qualification for the post of Work Inspector is ITI certificate in "Draughtsman Civil Trade". However, the petitioner admittedly has ITI 2/4

Fitter certificate, which factum was also fairly admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. In the light of the above facts, this Court does not find any merits in the writ petition.
