(Order of the Court was made by K.K. SASIDHARAN,J.) The petitioner has come up with this sub-application to re-open the Contempt Petition No. 1656 of 2016 with a contention that even after the dismissal of the appeal, action was not taken by the Corporation for demolition of the superstructure.

We are informed by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondent that the builder, after the rejection of his appeal by the State Government, filed a writ petition in W.P. No. 6717 of 2018. This Court was pleased to grant an interim order in favour of the builder. 3.

In view of the subsequent events indicated above, let this application be posted before the very same Bench hearing the writ petition in W.P. No. 6717 of 2018 after obtaining orders from The Honourable The Chief Justice.
