The present petition is filed by the wife of the respondent, seeking dissolution of marriage, whereas the respondent had filed an application for restitution of conjugal rights. The husband's petition was originally filed before the Family Court, Namakkal which is since transferred to family Court, Coimbatore.

where it is now pending in H.M.O.P.No.472 of 2021. 2.Learned counsel seeks expeditious disposal of the matter. 3.The Family Court, Coimbatore is now required to dispose of the petition in H.M.O.P.No.472 of of 2021 as expeditiously as possible and preferably by December, 2022.
