BHARATH KUMAR, Advocate for the 2nd and 3rd Respondents, the court made the following order:- Pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 17.06.2022, the petitioner has paid the earlier cost of Rs.10,000/- together with the additional cost of Rs.10,000/- and a memo to this effect has been filed. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for the above petition being ordered. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

2. The learned counsels would submit that the proceedings are at the argument stage. Therefore, the Additional Family Court Judge, Coimbatore is directed to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.972 of 2017 and G.W.O.P.No.970 of 2017 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
