ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 3 rd respondent to issue online patta to the petitioner with respect to the subject property.

2.Heard Mr.M.Manojkumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Mr.R.P.Muruganraja, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3.

3.It is seen from records that already manual patta has been issued in the name of the petitioner and one Shanthi. The petitioner submitted an online application on 11.10.2024 seeking for online patta. Since the same was not

3/5 considered, a representation was made on 22.11.2024. The same also did not evoke any response. It is under these circumstances, the present writ petition came to be filed before this Court.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 3 rd respondent to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner and to issue online patta to the petitioner touching upon the subject property, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
