CMP.No.7489 of 2022 in SA.No.1293 of 1988 C.KUMARAPPAN, J This petition has been filed to bring the petitioners 1 to 4, the legal heirs of T.R.Kumararaja as appellants 3 to 6 in the above Second Appeal.

2. There is no serious objection raised by the respondents.

3. Having considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and having satisfied with the same, this Court is inclined to allow the application.

4. In the result, this CMP is allowed.

Registry is directed to make necessary amendment in the cause title.
