Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to remove the petitioner's husband namely Nagendran, son of Ponnusamy, aged about 47 years, Life Convict No.1236, who is now confined in the Central Prison, Vellore, from solitary confinement and also from the cell where mentally ill persons are normally kept and give him proper medical treatment.
