Writ Appeal filed under clause 15 of Letters patent as against the order dated 28.02.2019 in W.P. No. 15639 of 2018. Writ Petition filed udner Article 226 of the Constitution of

India praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents 1 to 4 or their representative from conducting enquiry with regard to the complaint dt.14.12.2017 for which the enquiry was already conducted on 15.02.2018 as per the Pondicherry University Womens Cell notice dt.30.01.2018.

J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by K.K. SASIDHARAN,J.) When the intra-court appeal is taken up for hearing, Mr.N.G.R. Prasad, learned counsel for the appellant made an endorsement indicating that he is withdrawing the appeal with liberty to challenge the final order dated 07.03.2019 in W.P. No. 15639 of 2018.

According to the learned counsel for the appellant, he would take up the entire grounds raised in the present appeal in the proposed appeal against the order in W.P. No. 15639 of 2018. 3.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, as indicated above, the intra-court appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with such liberty. No costs. Connected C.M.P. is closed.
