This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners.
2. Admittedly, a Civil Suit is pending as against the petitioners and the counter part in O.S.No.21/2012. Therefore, the second respondent has no role to play, as the matter relates to civil nature. If at all any complaint is lodged by the counter part, the second respondent is directed to enquire and complete the same without harassing the petitioners on the guise of enquiry.
