(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) These petitions are filed by the petitioner/ appellant seeking to condone the delay of 47 days in filing the above Writ Appeals.

2. Mr.Rajnish Pathiyil, learned Senior Standing Counsel appearing the respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing these petitions seeking condonation of delay.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and these petitions are ordered accordingly.
