This petition has been filed for quashing FIR in Crime No.01 of 2015 dated 09.01.2015.

2. Today, the respondent police has filed a counter, wherein, in para - 5, it is stated as follows;

"5. It is submitted that after completion of detailed and elaborated investigation, based on the examination of witnesses and also based on the opinion of Additional Public Prosecutor, Thiruvallur District, the section was altered as 498(A), 506(i) I.P.C against A-1 to A-5. On 16.06.2015, I had prepared a aid charge sheet and filed before the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Thiruvallur and the same was yet to be taken on file."

3. In view of the fact, the investigation is completed and final report has also been filed. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Thiruvallur, is directed to take on file the final report and proceed in accordance with law.
