This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 02.03.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.159 of 2021.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court vide order dated 02.03.2021 in W.P.No.159.2021, directed the second respondent/District Collector to pass orders on the petitioner's request, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. However, till date, no order was passed.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that pursuant to the above said order dated 02.03.2021, the respondents complied the direction issued by this court vide letter dated 27.10.2022.

4. Hence, this Court do not find any willful disobedience on the part of the respondents. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. Page No.2 of 4
