ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 29.10.2020 made in W.P.No.22155 of 2016.

2. Today when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Magesh, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Bank has submitted that the orders of this Court has been complied with. However, Mr.Balanharidas, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would contend that insofar as the arrears of pension, gratuity, etc., are concerned, no doubt some amount has been paid by the respondent, which according to the respondent bank that would be the full settlement, but according to the petitioner, it is not the full settlement, however, the quantum that has been fixed by the bank whether is correct or not can be worked out and accordingly, at a later point of time, if need arises, a liberty may be given to revive this contempt petition. Therefore, with that condition this contempt petition can be closed. 2/4
