O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.03.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.
2. Heard Mr.D.Bennington, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a petition enquiry is pending before the respondent in C.S.R.No.38 of 2015.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
