2. Heard Ms.K.Sandhya, learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The respondents have been duly served and Mr.S.Annamalai, learned counsel has entered appearance on behalf of the 7th and 8th respondents. The respondents counsel has not raised any serious objection for allowing this petition.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and this Court being satisfied with the same, this CMP is allowed, as prayed for.
