JUDGMENT

[JUDGMENT OF THE COURT WAS DELIVERED BY C.T.SELVAM, J] This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been preferred against the order and decreetal order dated 03.12.2013 made in G.W.O.P.No.72 of 2007 on the file of learned Principal District Judge at Chengalput.

2. Learned counsel for appellant has forwarded a copy of Memo of Compromise entered into in O.S.No.669 of 2004 before the learned District Judge, Chengalput.

3. On consideration thereof, this Court is of the view and accordingly that the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal shall stand closed in terms of the abovesaid Compromise Memo dated 24.02.2017, which shall form part of the judgment.
