O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order issued by this Court on 04.07.2014 in WP.No.25927 of 2012.

2.Today, when the matter was called, Mr.S.Asha Christy Emrald, District Elementary Education Officer, Nagapattinam and Mr.K.Srinivasan, Assistant Elementary Educational Officer, Sembanarkoil, Nagapattinam District, are present.

3. Pursuant to the order dated 28.09.2016 passed by this Court, it is reported that the contemnors have complied with the order dated 04.07.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.25927 of 2012.

4. Mr.S.N.Ravichandran, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also submitted that the respondents have complied with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.25927 of 2012

5. In the light of the above, this contempt petition is closed.
