The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent police not to harass the petitioner. 1/4
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that one Sneha has given a complaint against the petitioner, in respect of which an enquiry is being conducted and the same is pending. While so the petitioner has submitted a representation stating that he has also given a complaint against the said Sneha before the Madurai Police Station. He further submitted that a preliminary enquiry would be conducted and further action would be taken in accordance with law. He also submitted that the respondents are not harassing the petitioner.
3. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
4. However, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the enquiry in both the complaints in accordance with law. 26.02.2026 AT 2/4
