This Court while disposing of the above said Criminal Original Petition on 11.04.2018 had directed the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore to dispose of the case in C.C.No.141 of 2011 on merits, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 2.Today, When the matter came up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court by the Registry that the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore, through his letter dated 07.12.2018 has sought extension of time to dispose of the C.C.No.141 of 2011 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.VII, Coimbatore, since the order passed by this Court dated 11.04.2018 has not been complied with, within the time prescribed by this Court.

3.The reason given by the Trial Court seems to be acceptable. In view of the same, the trial Court is granted further period of four months time with a direction to give top priority in conduct of the above case preferably on a day-to-day basis and also to take the assistance of the concerned jurisdiction police in execution of Non-Bailable warrant. If needs so, even writing to the superior officers.

4.Mr.M.A.Mudimannan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent/Complainant undertakes that he would extend all co-operation to complete the trial, within the period prescribed by this Court. 5.Accordingly, this Court granted further period of five months time from today.
