2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the above petition has been filed seeking suspension of the sentence imposed on the petitioner. While granting suspension of sentence, this Court has directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.17,19,138/- to the credit of C.C.No.1113 of 2017, due to a typographical error, the said amount has been inadvertently mentioned as Rs.21,88,276/-.
3. Be that as it may, since the said order is a self-working order, the same cannot be considered under the caption 'for being mentioned' unless an application seeking extension is filed. Hence, no further orders are required in the above petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an appropriate application in the manner known to law, if so advised. 16-03-2026 rap To
