CMP Nos.5715, 5716 and 5721 of 2022 in Second Appeal No.1301 of 2014 N.ANAND VENKATESH, J ., These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to implead the legal representatives of the deceased 5th respondent along with petitions to set aside abatement and to condone the delay in filing the set aside abatement petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause-title.
