[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.,] Mr.D.B.R.Prabhu, learned Standing counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

2.The respondents shall verify and report before this Court whether the deviation as stated in the impugned order is after the inspection in the presence of the petitioner. The respondents may independently have a local inspection now and report. In the meanwhile, the respondents shall maintain status quo.

3.Having regard to the stand taken by the petitioner that there is no deviation, there shall be an order of interim stay for a period of two weeks.

4.Post after two weeks.
