[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order dated 02.02.2023 passed in C.M.P.No.2014 of 2023 in W.A.No.145 of 2023 has been complied with. 2.

The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent authorities filed an affidavit, wherein, the first respondent has offered explanation and rendered his unconditional apology for the failure to comply with the order of this court within the time stipulated. 3.

Being satisfied with the reasons, the affidavit of the first respondent is taken on record and the respondents are discharged from the contempt proceedings.
