O R D E R

The above Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking for early disposal of I.A.No. 388 of 2018 in O.S.No. 95 of 2018. The interlocutory application was initially filed on 16.05.2018, before the learned Vacation Judge, Chengalpattu, in O.S.No. 131 of 2018 in I.A.No. 651 of 2018. On 31.05.2018, it was transferred to the file of the District Munsif, Chengalpattu and re-numbered as above.

It is seen that the respondent had entered appearance on 16.05.2018 and the matter was posted before District Mediation Centre and thereafter, since, mediation had failed the matter has been re-posted before the Court and continues to remain on file.

The learned District Judge, Chengalpattu is directed to dispose of I.A.No. 388 of 2018 in O.S.No. 95 of 2018, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
