C.M.P.No.7428 of 2022 in A.S.No.205 of 2022 R.N.MANJULA .J, Since some of the properties have already been dealt subsequent to the decree, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw this civil miscellaneous petition with liberty to file a fresh application with correct details of the property.

2. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh application in this regard.

3. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
