The learned counsel for the respondent made a submission that the passport has already been issued to the petitioner and his grievances are redressed. Thus, no further adjudication is required.

2. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) made submission that the petitioner is facing a criminal trial and therefore, the petitioner cannot travel abroad. In the event of taking any decision to travel abroad, the petitioner has to get necessary permission from the jurisdictional Criminal Court since the criminal case is pending against him.
