ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the 2nd respondent to conduct an enquiry and to take appropriate action against the 3rd respondent as per the order of the 1st respondent dated 28.12.2010 in O.Mu.13733/2010/A1.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner submitted a complaint before the State Human Rights Commission and the same has been taken cognizance in Case No.10545 of 2010. Therefore, subject to the result of the said case, appropriate action can be taken as against the third respondent.

4. Therefore, the direction sought for in this writ petition cannot be considered and this writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
