This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 140 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal as against the Judgment dated 05.07.2022 passed in M.C.O.P.No.569 of 2018, on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal Judge, I Additional District & Sessions Judge (FAC), Cuddalore.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents 1 to 4 and perused the records. 4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 140 days is condoned.

5.The name of the counsel for the respondents 1 to 4 shall be printed in the cause list at the time of admission.
