Preethi aged about 17 years, stating that she belongs to the community as Reddy (Kanjam) in the category of Backward community based on the representation dated 08.11.2019 and for other reliefs. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Challenging the order of the third respondent dated 26.08.2017 and for a consequential direction to the respondents to issue community certificate to the petitioner's daughter that she belongs to the Reddy (Kanjam) in the category of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Backward community based on the representation dated 08.11.2019, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Pursuant to the impugned order passed, the petitioner made a representation on 08.11.2019 giving certain particulars. 3.Inasmuch as the impugned order passed is merely a certificate issue and there is no enquiry conducted especially pursuant to the representation of the petitioner dated 08.11.2019, we only call upon the third respondent to conduct the enquiry and thereafter take a decision. Appropriate decision will have to be made within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to give another representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
