This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 16.11.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.24368 of 2021, thereby directing the respondent to complete the enquiry and pass orders to regularize the purchase of the petitioner's land, in view of G.O.Ms.No.565, Revenue Department dated 26.09.2008 and subsequent G.O.Ms.No.63, Revenue Department dated 27.01.2020, after giving an opportunity of hearing tot he petitioner and counter parties if any, and pass appropriate order, on merits and in accordance with law. 2.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court is complied with. He also produced a copy of the communication dated 06.07.2022, sent by the Principal Secretary to Government, before this Court. 3.
