Respondent Petition under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondent, for disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.No.29807 of 2014, dated 09.02.2015.

O R D E R

Heard Mrs.R.Anitha, learned counsel for the petitioner; and Mr.R.Lakshminarayanan, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondent.

2. It is submitted that the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.29807 of 2014, dated 09.02.2015, has been complied with. But, the petitioner's apprehension is that children should be given education.

3. Mr.B.Nala Chandrasekaran, Chairman, Child Welfare Committee, Tirunelveli, along with Mr.P.S.Velrajan, Member of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ said Committee, is present in Court. They have stated that after the children are given treatment, they will be brought back to the

reception home and given counselling and, thereafter, they will be put in a Child Welfare Home, with adequate care and protection.

4. Recording the abovesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
