JUDGMENT

(Delivered by Pushpa Sathyanarayana, J.,) This Appeal is filed against the order passed in W.P.No.17432 of 2020, dated 10.12.2020.

After the order passed by the learned Single Judge, the representation made by the appellant/writ petitioner was considered by the respondent-Cooperative Society, and the appellant/writ petitioner was reinstated in service, vide resolution, dated 21.06.2021. It is also stated by the learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant/writ petitioner has joined duty pursuant to the said resolution, on 23.06.2021, pending approval of the same by the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Society. The copy of the proceedings and resolution have also been filed by the learned counsel for the respondent. The same is recorded. In view of the above, the Writ Appeal is closed. No costs.
