ORDER

By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner, claiming to be an advocate belongs to Coimbatore Bar, submitted an application dated 19.12.2014 to the second respondent under the Right To Information Act as to the nonissuance of patta in respect of the lands possessed by his wife Nagaveni and on account of lack of response, he submitted an appeal to the first respondent on 14.02.2015 and even then, he is not favoured with any response and hence he came forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of Ms.M.Venmani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the appeal, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the appeal dated 14.02.2015 in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
