This application has been filed on behalf of 24th and 25th defendants who had been called as Dr.Nahid Kaleel and Mrs.Salma Khaleel respectively in the plaint, but who now claim that their actual names are Dr.Naheed Ghouse Mohammed and Mrs.Salma Siddiqui respectively. The applicants request that their names should be corrected in the long and short cause title of the plaint and wherever the names are stated in the plaint.

2. To establish that the names as stated now are the correct names, copies of the Passports have also been produced.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the respondents.

4. Taking into consideration that the applicants seek to correct their own names as reflected by the plaintiffs in the long and short cause title of the plaint, this application is allowed.

5.
