Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 2nd respondent issued in Na.Ka.A5/3197/2017 dated 18.08.2017 and records of the 1st respondent in Pa.Va.A7/255/2017 dated 04.10.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to issue Hindu "Kaatunaicken Community" ST Certificate to the petitioner and her children namely P.Subash Chandra Bose, P.Lakshmanan Guru and P.Krithika within the time to be stipulated by this Court.
