PONGIAPPAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.4561 of 2022 IN CRL.R.C.No.175 of 2022 V.S.DHANAVEL [ PETITIONER/ACCUSED ] Vs C.JAGANATHAN [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time in complying the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in the order dated 16.02.2022 made in Crl.M.P.No.1676 of 2022 in CRL.R.C.No.175 of 2022 by appreciating the above stated facts and circumstances.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.GURUPRASAD, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.R.C.No.175 of 2022, dated 16.02.2022 to deposit 25% of the cheque amount as a preliminary condition for moving the revision for admission.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner is not able to mobilize the fund, he could not able to comply with the condition. Hence, he prays to extend the time.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the petitioner could not able to deposit the amount within the stipulated time, this petition is ordered and the time, for depositing 25% of the cheque amount, is extended finally by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. -sd/- 05/04/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
