ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st Respondent to file Final Report in FIR No.409 of 2022 dated 15.10.2022, on the file of the 1st Respondent within the time that may be fixed this Court. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in FIR No.409 of 2022, no final report has been filed till date. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police has registered the FIR in FIR No.409 of 2022, in which, investigation is under progress. Hence, he seeks three months time to file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4.Recording the same, the respondent Police is directed to file the final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
