ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to forthwith consider and pass order on the statutory revision petition of the petition dated 19.01.2024 after affording a reasonable opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.

2. The counsel for the petitioner submitted that challenging the order passed the by the 2nd respondent dated 02.12.2023, he filed a revision before the 1st respondent on 19.01.2024. Though the same was acknowledged by the 1st respondent, he has not even issued the notice of hearing on the revision and the same is pending. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed.

3.Mr.T.Arun Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and since the Writ Petition is filed seeking a simple Writ of 2/5

Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's revision, this Court without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, directs the 1st respondent to issue notice of hearing on the revision to the petitioner, interested parties/opposite parties/rival claimants/ objectors/aggrieved parties if any, as the case may be and after issuing notice and giving opportunity of hearing to all parties in the manner known to law, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within the time as prescribed in the circular No.R1/2005632/2022 dated 17.07.2023 issued by the Commissioner of Land Administration, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
